We can place advertisements in local and national publications as appropriate. Through these resources we are able to expose your business to many potential buyers around the globe.
Once a potential buyer is located we then qualify that buyer as being able to finance the purchase and manage the business successfully. We avoid “tire kickers”. We will not knowingly waste your and our time on unqualified buyers. When we meet with potential buyers we insist that they provide us with their personal or corporate financial statements. We also ask for a personal resume. We counsel the potential buyer about the seriousness of purchasing and managing a business. We make every effort to ensure that the buyer will be comfortable with the purchase. We strive to make all parties involved in the sale of a business to be satisfied with the result.
